Benefits of Swimming for Active Adults

Swimming is an ideal form of exercise for 55+ active adults, offering multiple health benefits:

  • Low-impact fitness: Gentle on joints compared to walking, running, or other impact activities.

  • Full-body strength: Water resistance engages and strengthens most major muscle groups.

  • Cardiovascular health: Provides an effective heart-healthy workout while reducing stress on the body.
