Build-To-Order Homes

A Build-To-Order home allows your clients to select their floorplan and homesite from those available at the time of sale, then personalize their home with architectural features, options and upgrades to meet their needs and add that personal touch. Build timelines will vary by floorplan, homesite and community, so be sure to speak with a New Home Sales Consultant at the community to understand your client’s build time.

Quick Move-In Homes

A Quick Move-In home is one that is already under construction, allowing your client to move in sooner than building a Build-To-Order home. Quick move-in homes can be at various stages of construction, from just started to 100% complete, and can be a great option for clients who want to start enjoying their new lifestyle more quickly or prefer a more streamlined purchase process. These homes already have the architectural features designated and, in many cases, most or all the interior design options selected by our professional in-house design team, making the process of buying a new home easier and stress-free.

Know Before You Go

Here are a few important details you need to know:

1) You must physically accompany your client on their first visit to each of our communities.

2) On your first visit to a Robson Resort Community with your client, you must complete the Broker Registration Agreement. A separate agreement is required for each community you visit with your client.

3) Broker Registration Agreement is valid for 30 days. If your client needs more time than that to purchase their new home at one of our communities, you will need to complete a new Broker Registration Agreement.
