Celebrating Independence Day Together
Members of the Pilot Knob Rotary Club brought plenty of patriotic spirit to the annual Robson Ranch Fourth of July Parade. Club members and their spouses decorated golf carts and proudly displayed the club banner. Everyone dressed in red, white, and blue for the celebration.
Beautiful weather and an enthusiastic crowd made the day even more memorable. The parade is one of many ways residents come together throughout the year. These shared experiences help create the strong sense of community found at Robson Ranch Texas.
Pilot Knob Rotary Club Recognizes Wes Shipley
Service is an important part of the Pilot Knob Rotary Club’s mission. The club recently named Wes Shipley its Rotarian of the Year. The annual recognition honors a member who demonstrates Rotary’s commitment to “Service Above Self.” It also recognizes a strong commitment to the principles of the Rotary Four-Way Test. Recipients are selected for their contributions to the club, community, and Rotary’s broader mission. Shipley joined Pilot Knob Rotary after transferring from the Rotary Club in Beaumont, Texas. Since joining, he has served as President-Elect and Rotary Foundation Chair. He has also taken on the role of Club President. Wes and his wife, Kathleen, enjoy pickleball and spending time with their neighbors. Wes also plays in his church band and at Rotary events.
Connecting Through Service and Fellowship
The Pilot Knob Rotary Club brings together experienced professional leaders who are committed to service and fellowship. Members work to make a positive impact in the local community and beyond. The club meets weekly at the Wildhorse Grill at Robson Ranch Texas. It’s another way residents can build connections while supporting causes that matter to them.
