A Thrilling Finish to the Season

As the Spring League for Bocce Ball at SaddleBrooke Ranch concludes, the SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR) Bocce Club crowns champions with a hard-fought playoff tournament. From a competitive field of 38 teams, only the top eight advanced to the playoffs.

The Ballz & Dollz, captained by Rich Rogers, emerged victorious after a nail-biting final match against the Holy Rollers, led by Jackie Foley. Both teams showcased exceptional skill and sportsmanship throughout the season.

Bocce is a popular Italian lawn game that involves throwing balls as close as possible to a smaller target ball called a jack. It’s a game that combines strategy, skill, and a touch of luck. The SBR Bocce Club offers a fantastic opportunity for residents to enjoy friendly competition, socialize with neighbors, and stay active.
