Quail Creek Residents Take Center Stage

At Quail Creek, residents are taking their talents to the stage and bringing plenty of laughter along with them. Recently, the Quail Creek Performing Arts Guild (PAG) presented Farce of Habit, a Southern-style comedy filled with outrageous characters and unexpected twists. The production followed the Guild’s successful spring performance of Farce of Nature, which received an enthusiastic response from local audiences.

A Comedy Full of Southern Charm and Chaos

Set at the Reel ‘Em Inn, a fishing lodge in the Ozarks, Farce of Habit follows a weekend gone hilariously wrong. What begins as a peaceful fishing trip quickly turns into a whirlwind of eccentric guests, family drama, and comic confusion.

Adding to the mayhem, an approaching storm and reports of an escaped murderer create even more chaos. The result is a fast-paced comedy filled with surprises and plenty of laughs.

More Than a Performance

The Performing Arts Guild brings musicals, comedy, drama, and variety shows to Quail Creek and the surrounding Green Valley community. Beyond entertaining audiences, the Guild gives residents opportunities to pursue their creative interests and share their talents.

From acting and singing to building sets and working behind the scenes, there are many ways to get involved. Meanwhile, those who prefer a seat in the audience can gather to support their friends and neighbors.

Whether taking a bow on stage or applauding from the audience, Quail Creek residents know how to put on a show. The Guild is just one example of how shared interests, friendships, and new experiences enrich the active adult lifestyle.
