Aqua Aerobics
Discover the many benefits of water aerobics for adults over 55 including helping to build strength and range of motion with low stress on the body. Aqua aerobics classes are offered seven days a week, year-round, and open to both men and women.
Ballroom Dance
The club’s goal is to provide classes and other opportunities for residents to fully enjoy ballroom dancing. The club has open dancing weekly and a dance party once a month. Novice and senior dancers are encouraged to participate in all of the activities.
Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes at the SaddleBrooke DesertView Sports Complex offer a great way for active adults to exercise and socialize. Classes may include yoga, strength, dance, conditioning and more.
MountainView Lady Putters
The MountainView Lady Putters take advantage of living within a golf community and have gathered for more than twenty years. The group now includes more than 100 putters and meets weekly on the MountainView putting green with varying meeting times based on the season.
MountainView/The Preserve Women’s Golf Association
This women’s 18-hole golf associations purpose is to organize women golfers and to preserve, promote, and enhance the true spirit of the game of golf among active adults in The Preserve at SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke as well as to support charitable endeavors.
SaddleBrooke Cyclemasters
The Cyclemasters promote cycle safely and responsibly for fitness, fun, and community service. The group enjoys recreational cycling for all levels – from the casual beginner to the serious tri-athlete. SaddleBrooke Hiking Club
The SaddleBrooke Hiking Club includes more than six-hundred energetic, enthusiastic members whose passion is hiking throughout Arizona including the Sonoran Desert, grand canyons, gentle hills and magnificent mountains of the Tucson area. Outside of hiking, the club also gathers periodically for social hours, picnics, and trail work days.
Karate Club
Come join the Karate Club for Martial Arts classes that are designed for seniors. Learn self-defense while enjoying exercises that improve flexibility, cardio, speed, balance, coordination, and memory.
SaddleBrooke Men’s Putters Group
The SaddleBrooke Men’s Putters Group has been active for more than twenty years and has more than 100 members. This group meets weekly, quarterly and also hosts annual competitions for members.
SaddleBrooke Men’s Golf Association
The purpose of the SaddleBrooke Men’s Golf Association is to promote the advancement of golf, friendly competition with other Tucson area clubs, fellowship, and good sportsmanship.
SaddleBrooke Pickleball Association
Pickleball is the largest sport activity in SaddleBrooke, besides golf. The 600 plus members enjoy fabulous camaraderie and exercise by being part of one of the fastest growing sport for senior adults in America!
Latin Rhythm Dance
Latin dancing classes are a fun way to engage with other retirees within the community and are free to SaddleBrooke residents. Each month, the club features a different dance: Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia, Chacha, Bolero, and more.
SaddleBrooke SilverBelles Dance Team
The SilverBelles perform for groups and events in SaddleBrooke and the greater Tucson area. Join this group to take part in a variety of dance styles to music that includes jazz, Latin, patriotic show tunes, and country western sounds.
SaddleBrooke Senior Softball Association
The purpose of the SaddleBrooke Senior Softball Association is to provide a slow-pitch softball league and facilities for active adults in the community. Members participate in several leagues with team selection based on players’ skill levels to ensure balanced teams. All skill levels are welcome to join in on the fun!

The purpose of the SaddleBrooke Tennis Club is to promote and encourage participation in regular and PoP tennis at all skill levels for members of the club. Active programs include regular and POP tennis with men’s, women’s and mixed play.

SaddleBrooke Fine Arts Guild
The Fine Arts Guild is an organization of art enthusiasts and aspiring artists of all levels, focused on watercolor, oil, acrylics, pastels, pencils, sculpture, and art photography. Monthly programs are arranged for all community residents. The Guild sponsors member exhibits, twice-yearly Fine Arts Shows, and an Outreach program.
SaddleBrooke Pottery Club
The pottery club offers residents the space and equipment to learn a new skill or revisit the fun of clay. The club has equipment to support hand building or throwing and many members are available to assist with learning the basics. They also inventory certain glazes for use by members.
SaddleBrooke Scrapbook Club
Precious photos are made archival safe in beautiful albums, preserved for generations to come. They make wonderful gifts and family heirlooms. Beginners through senior scrapbook creators are encouraged to join. The club has wonderful equipment and members are always willing to help each other.
SaddleBrooke Woodcarving Club
The club meets twice a week to carve objects varying from caricatures of man and animals to realistic birds including hummingbirds, raptors, and songbirds; mammals such as coyotes, bears, deer, and, fish. Woodcarving is a great retirement hobby and all skill levels are welcome to join.
Silversmith & Lapidary Club
Retiring allows for more time to pursue your favorite activities. The Silversmith & Lapidary Club provides the opportunity to learn how to fabricate beautiful silver jewelry. Members must complete a 9-hour beginner course.
Quilt Club
This organization includes 55+ members including winter residents and permanent homeowners. Members are quilters of many skill levels who love to share ideas about quilting and related projects.

Book Clubs
Homeowners with an interest is reading and discussing books can share their delight by participating in the Book Discussion Group which meets monthly to choose the books for discussion and enjoying lunch together. In addition, the Evening Book Club holds monthly discussions with a rotating book facilitator. Discover captivating book recommendations that will ignite meaningful discussions within these clubs. Both clubs welcome new members to join in!
Bridge Clubs
Whether you are a beginner or a senior bridge player, bridge classes and clubs are available to help you improve your game while meeting other active adult bridge players. Classes include Brush-up, Modern Bidding and Advanced Defense. Bridge clubs include Ladies’ Duplicate, Open and Party, as well as Men’s, Mixed, Duplicate, Partners’, Party and Unsanctioned Duplicate. With so many bridge activities to choose from, you’re sure to enjoy playing this popular card game.
Canasta Clubs
This classic card game is a fun way for The Preserve at SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke residents to come together for an interesting game. The Canasta Club – Couples as well as the Mountain Ladies’ Canasta Club play a standard five-deck canasta card game. Come and join in on the games with one of the clubs.
Friends of SaddleBrooke Libraries
The goal of the Friends of SaddleBrooke Libraries is to provide funds for the needs of libraries in the SaddleBrooke community; focus public attention on library services, facilities, and needs; maintain a fee-based membership of persons interested in books and libraries; sponsor enrichment opportunities for the communities and stimulate gifts in a tax-exempt manner.
Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR)
Educational seminars of varying lengths presented and prepared by instructors with appropriate academic or experiential backgrounds. These programs comprise a wide range of interesting topics and aim to encourage discussion and interaction by our retirement community residents.
Mah Jongg Group
Test your skill, strategy and luck with this tile-based game. The Mah Jongg Group members gather in homes, on patios or in community meeting rooms to shuffle, draw, rack and pass tiles. This group welcomes experienced players.
Radio-Controlled Model Flying and Boat
Radio-controlled model airplane flying takes place on the club airfield in San Manuel. This airfield has a large, paved runway, equipped with a covered plane assembly and test area. Training to assist newcomers is held at this facility. Radio-controlled model sailboat and electrical-powered boat enthusiasts use SaddleBrooke Lake for their sailing fun, where assistance to newcomers is also provided on its use and rules.
Republican Women of Pinal County
The purpose of the Republican Women of Pinal County is to seek to educate and facilitate political participation by sponsoring speakers, issue forums, and media reports in the Tucson and nearby communities. All are welcome to join this club.
Rotary Club of SaddleBrooke
Rotary, the world’s oldest service club, welcomes men and women interested in humanitarian projects addressing poverty, health, education, and the environment locally and internationally. This organization encourages high ethical standards in all vocations and helps build goodwill and peace in the world.
SaddleBrooke Computer Club
The SaddleBrooke Computer Club teaches both PC and Mac classes throughout the year and also hosts a variety of activities with hands-on experience classroom. The Tech Help Clinic offers one-on-one support to help answer any questions or help in resolving any issues. Enjoy breakfast with the Computer Club during Tech Café while selected technical topics are discussed. Monthly User Group meetings are open to all homeowners.
SaddleBrooke Dog Park Association
The mission of the SaddleBrooke Dog Park Association is to offer members a safe place to exercise and socialize their dogs in an enclosed environment. They also plan activities at the park including but not limited to fundraising, obedience training, and educational programs such as pet health, responsible pet ownership, and canine rescue. The benefit of a community dog park extends beyond the obvious for our dogs. The group also provides a place to share common love of family pets with our neighbors.
SaddleBrooke Francophiles
Members appreciate all aspects of French culture (food, wine tasting, travel, French literature, and films) in accord with members’ interests. Social gatherings are scheduled to celebrate a variety of French holidays and cultural activities. You don’t have to speak French to belong to the SaddleBrooke Francophiles, but rather just enjoy making new friends through sharing information, ideas, and experiences related to France.
SaddleBrooke Genealogy Club
SaddleBrooke Genealogy Club welcomes residents to share research experiences and hear knowledgeable professional speakers. The club offers guidance in finding resource materials while hosting educational programs, seminars, workshops, and library research trips. The SaddleBrooke Genealogy Club is open to all SaddleBrooke residents who wish to research their ancestors and discover their family history!
SaddleBrooke Great Decisions Discussion
The Great Decisions program, with a national membership of 325,000 and 26 chapters in Tucson, is sponsored by the Foreign Policy association of the United States and focuses on our country’s involvement in international affairs. The SaddleBrooke Chapter is non-political and welcomes all shades of opinion in open discussion. No dues, just your participation.
SaddleBrooke Motorcycle Club
The club gives motorcyclists an opportunity to socialize with others for rides. The rides range from short rides for breakfast in and around the north Tucson area to all day lunch rides. Rides are also scheduled to museums, parks, and civic activities of interest to the group.
SaddleBrooke Singles
A social organization for all SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch singles. The purpose is to plan social events, i.e., trips, tours, dinners, golf, and a variety of other activities for members.
SaddleBrooke Nature Club
The club is for those who appreciate the natural environment and want to discover more through educational programs and outdoor experiences. Meetings feature special guest speakers on native flora, fauna, local geology, cultural topics, and more. Field trips explore the natural world through local day trips in Southern Arizona.
SaddleBrooke Off-Road Bunch
The SaddleBrooke Off-Road Bunch (Jeep Club) explores Arizona off-road 4-wheel drive trails on a monthly basis. The purpose of this group is to further enjoyment of off-road driving and exploring Arizona, provide social experiences for its members, and protect public lands.

Writer’s Workshop
Participants learn and promote interest in writing fiction and non-fiction. Members may choose to read from their own memoirs, an essay or poem on a previous assigned theme. Mini-lessons, critique groups, and workshops are periodically offered.

SaddleBrooke Troop Support
The SaddleBrooke Troop Support helps Tucson-area active duty, National Guard, Reserves, Veterans, and their families. The generosity of this group has been continuous over the years with volunteers, funding, care packages and comfort items for hospitalized vets and active duty troops. Together, this group supports thousands of troops in Southern Arizona.
Saddlebrooke Community Outreach
SaddleBrooke Community Outreach is a 501(c) (3) organization providing new clothing and educational services to needy children in the neighboring communities. Activities include operation of Kids’ Closet, Project Catapult math tutoring, support of local food banks, mentoring for college scholarship recipients, a summer enrichment program, and joint operation of the Golden Goose Thrift Shop.
Stroke/Neurological Support Group
The goal of this group is to share ideas and help one another to regain a normal life for themselves, their families, friends, and all other people they engage with every day. The group offers open sessions to engage in roundtable discussions where you can share your individual experiences, concerns and questions regarding all aspects neurological disorders.
SaddleBrooke Pet Rescue Network
