Radio-controlled model airplane flying takes place on the club airfield in San Manuel. This airfield has a large, paved runway, equipped with a covered plane assembly and test area. Radio-controlled model sailboat and electrical-powered boat enthusiasts use SaddleBrooke Lake for their sailing fun, where assistance to newcomers is also provided on its use and rules.

The University of Phoenix Southern Arizona Campus is a for-profit institution located in Tucson. Primarily catering to working professionals, they offer a selection of undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Pima Community Colleges
Offering personal enrichment and professional development opportunities in a wide variety of subjects, Pima Community Colleges located throughout the Tucson area, provide non-credit continuing education classes and adult education programs.

Catalina Community Library
Dewhirst-Catalina Branch Library is located at 15631 N. Oracle Rd. Inside this 2,500 square foot facility, the library hosts everything from the Catalina Mystery Book Club to providing regular library services, meeting rooms and computer rooms.

Oro Valley Public Library
The Oro Valley Public Library is located within 9 miles of The Preserve at 1305 W. Naranja Drive in Oro Valley. The library features an array of events and club meetings throughout the year, in addition to library services, public computers and volunteer opportunities.
